SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner is a fresh, hydrating and gently exfoliating toner with a watery texture. This facial toner contains gentle exfoliators AHA and LHA that work by removing dead skin cells and boosting cell regeneration to even out rough texture. Hyaluronic acid and Centella asiatica are added to help restore hydration levels after cleansing while giving the skin a calming and soothing finish.
